بعد وفاة صديق مقرب، يعود فيكتور إلى مكان قضى فيه أيام شبابه؛ وهناك يلتقي مجدداً بمجموعة من الأخوات اللواتي قضى معهن صيفاً مثالياً قبل ١٥ عاماً، ليكتشف مدى التغيرات التي طرأت على حياتهن.

After the death of a close friend, Wiktor returns to a place of his youth. He reencounters a group of sisters with whom he spent an idyllic summer 15 years prior, discovering the extent to which their lives have changed. 

Wajda’s most lyrical and poetic work marked a shift in pace and tone, allowing him to meditate on questions of passing time, regret and unfulfilled love.

Après le décès d'un de ses amis, Victor décide d'aller se reposer à la ferme de son oncle. Il y retrouve des jeunes filles avec lesquelles il avait passé un été heureux quinze ans plus tôt, et découvre à quel point leurs vies ont changé.
