أليس وإيريك صديقان، إلى أن يأتي يوم يصف فيه إيريك ساقَي أليس المشعرتين بأنهما غابة. تطلب أليس المحطمة نصيحة والدتها، التي تخبرها أن تزيل شعر ساقيها. وبعد أن تجرح نفسها بالشفرة، تنتقم أليس من إيريك في أحلام اليقظة أثناء الحصة: فتُعذّبه بأدوات إزالة الشعر، بعدما علمت أنها ستضطر إلى خوض هذه العملية بشكل شبه أسبوعي.

 

Alice and Eric are friends, until the day Eric calls Alice’s hairy legs a jungle. Devastated, Alice asks her mother for advice, and her mother tells her to shave. After injuring herself with the razor, Alice gets her revenge in a daydream during class: she tortures Eric with hair-removal tools after learning that she will have to go through this process almost every week.

 

Alice et Éric sont amis, jusqu’au jour où Éric traite les jambes poilues d’Alice de jungle. Dévastée, Alice demande conseil à sa mère qui lui dit de s’épiler. Après s’être blessée au rasoir, elle se venge alors dans une rêverie en classe : elle torture Éric avec des outils d’épilation, après avoir appris qu’elle devra prendre part à ce processus presque hebdomadaire.

Père Marwan, tourmenté par le meurtre de son frère et culpabilisé de ne pas avoir offert la rédemption à un tueur repenti, se lance dans un périple qui le conduit jusqu'à la tombe isolée de son frère. Alors qu'il traverse les montagnes, il doit faire face à des épreuves à la fois physiques et spirituelles qui vont à l'encontre de son deuil, de sa foi et de son humanité.

In her final year of high school, Mira forms an unexpected friendship with Thea, a fearless and unpredictable girl. Through laughter, small rebellions, and paper airplanes, they become inseparable. But as their final days together unfold, Mira begins to confront the fragility of youth, friendship, and the moments we take for granted.

 

Lors de sa dernière année au lycée, Mira se lie d'amitié avec Thea, une jeune fille rebelle et imprévisible. Entre éclats de rire, petites rébellions et avions en papier, elles deviennent inséparables. Mais alors que leurs derniers jours ensemble touchent à leur fin, Mira prend conscience de la fragilité de la jeunesse, de l'amitié et de ces moments que l'on tient trop souvent pour acquis.

جيم ١٩٨٣ فيلم رسوم متحركة قصير ثنائي الأبعاد مستوحى من أحداث حقيقية، يتتبّع رحلة صبي في السابعة من عمره وهو يتجول في مدينته بيروت خلال الحرب اللبنانية الأهلية عام ١٩٨٣. لكن جيم يفرض، بطريقته، وقفاً لإطلاق النار، يغتنم خلاله فرصة للهروب من واقع الحرب القاسي، مستعيدا مدينته بمساعدة بطل خارق تستحضره مخيلته. يتجوّل جيم في بيروت، يلهو مع أطفال يلتقيهم، ويسخر من رجال الميليشيا المدججين بالسلاح. لكن بانتهاء مهلة وقف إطلاق النار، يُجبر على العودة إلى منزله، حيث ينتظره خوف من نوع آخر.

Jeem is set in 1983 war-torn Beirut and follows a seven-year-old boy as he wanders through his city during the Lebanese Civil War. With the help of a superhero from his imagination, Jeem brings a ceasefire to his shattered city, befriends other children and mocks armed militiamen. But as the ceasefire collapses, he must return home and face his deepest fear. Through Jeem's eyes, we witness the heavy toll of war on children and how a child's imagination becomes an act of resistance.

 

À Beyrouth, dans les années 1980, la terreur et la tragédie de la guerre civile libanaise entourent un garçon de sept ans. Jeem réagit avec bienveillance, imagination, et l’aide d’un certain robot géant.

يجد صبي نفسه وحيدًا في المنزل بعد أن يغادر والده إلى العمل. حين يعلو صوت أزيز، ينظر من النافذة في اللحظة التي يبدأ فيها القصف. مذعورًا، يختبئ تحت البيانو، ساداً أذنيه—إلى أن تظهر أيادٍ على المفاتيح، تعزف لحنًا يرتفع فوق صوت الحرب.

 

A boy is left alone at home after his father leaves for work. As a droning sound grows louder, he looks out the window just as bombing begins. Terrified, he hides under the piano, covering his ears—until hands appear on the keys, playing a melody that rises above the sound of war.

 

Un garçon se retrouve seul à la maison après le départ de son père pour le travail. Alors qu'un bourdonnement s'intensifie, il regarde par la fenêtre au moment même où les bombardements commencent. Terrifié, il se cache sous le piano en se bouchant les oreilles, jusqu'à ce que des mains apparaissent sur les touches et jouent une mélodie qui s'élève au-dessus du fracas de la guerre.

In a war-torn zone, a young boy and his fish try to escape, but a sudden explosion separates them, leaving the boy devastated as he struggles to rescue the fish trapped under a collapsed building.

 

Au cœur du chaos de la guerre, un jeune garçon et son poisson tentent de s'échapper. Mais une explosion soudaine les sépare, laissant le garçon dévasté alors qu'il lutte pour sauver son poisson, piégé sous les décombres.

Wright Waynard is a former plane mechanic. He spends his day between the different fallen planes from a war that took place in a retro future. Monitoring a signal he caught by radio, will Waynard nail his ambiguous experiment?

 

Wright Waynard est un ancien mécanicien aéronautique. Il passe ses journées au milieu d'épaves d'avions, vestiges d'une guerre survenue dans un univers rétro-futuriste. Alors qu'il surveille un signal capté par radio, Waynard parviendra-t-il à mener à bien son expérience aux contours incertains ?
