About Nour Khair Alanam
Born in Damascus in 1996, Nour Khair Alanam is a Syrian filmmaker. His short films have been screened at numerous Arab and international festivals, including Cinemed, the Copenhagen Short Film Festival, and the Annaba Film Festival. His film, Happy Land (2022), won the Best Film Award at the 38th Alexandria Mediterranean Film Festival and the Special Jury Prize at the Beirut Short Film Festival. His previous work, One Hundred Syrian Pounds (2018), received the Jury Prize at Damascus Cinema Days, along with several other regional and international accolades. He graduated from the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts in Damascus (Department of Theatrical Studies) in 2022 and studied film directing at the Higher Institute of Cinema. Currently, he is pursuing an MA in Cinema at Saint Joseph University (USJ) in Beirut, having completed his final semester at Paul-Valéry University Montpellier 3 in France.
وُلِد نور خير الأنام في دمشق عام 1996، وهو مخرج سينمائي سوري. عُرضت أفلامه القصيرة في عدد كبير من المهرجانات العربية والدولية، من بينها مهرجان Cinemed، ومهرجان كوبنهاغن للأفلام القصيرة، ومهرجان عنابة السينمائي.
حاز فيلمه "مدينة الملاهي" (2022) جائزة أفضل فيلم في الدورة الـ38 من مهرجان الإسكندرية السينمائي لدول البحر المتوسط، كما نال جائزة لجنة التحكيم الخاصة في مهرجان بيروت للأفلام القصيرة. أما فيلمه السابق "مئة ليرة سورية" (2018)، فقد حصل على جائزة لجنة التحكيم في أيام سينما دمشق، إلى جانب عدة جوائز إقليمية ودولية أخرى.
تخرّج من المعهد العالي للفنون المسرحية في دمشق (قسم الدراسات المسرحية) عام 2022، ودرس الإخراج السينمائي في المعهد العالي للسينما. يواصل حاليًا دراسته لنيل درجة الماجستير في السينما في جامعة القديس يوسف (USJ) في بيروت، بعد أن أنهى فصله الدراسي الأخير في جامعة بول فاليري مونبلييه 3 في فرنسا.
